Refund Policy

KalqMate products are digital files (.xlsm spreadsheet and PDF guide) that are delivered to you immediately after purchase. Once the file has been downloaded, we have no way to verify that it has been deleted or that it will not continue to be used.

For this reason, all sales on Etsy and Gumroad are marked as final, consistent with standard practice for digital downloads.

We want you to feel confident before purchasing. Here is what we recommend:

• Read the full product description and feature list on the product page.
• Check compatibility — our tools require Microsoft Excel 365 on Windows. They do not work on Mac, Google Sheets, or older versions of Excel.
• If you have any questions before buying, email us at kalqmate@gmail.com and we will help you decide if the product is right for you.

If you received a corrupted or incomplete file, or if there is a technical error on our end, please contact us at kalqmate@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Purchases made through Etsy are subject to Etsy's buyer policy in addition to this policy. Our listings are marked as non-refundable for digital items.

Purchases made through Gumroad are subject to Gumroad's refund policy. Our products are listed as non-refundable.
