KalqMate is a sole trader business based in New Zealand, operated by a single individual. We sell digital Excel tools for personal finance at kalqmate.com.

We collect as little data as possible. Here is what is collected and why:

• Analytics data (Google Analytics 4) — When you visit our website, GA4 collects anonymous usage data: pages viewed, session duration, country, device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish sessions.
• Newsletter email address — If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address via Buttondown. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Purchase data — Purchases are processed directly through Etsy or Gumroad. We do not collect or store your payment details, name, or delivery address. Those platforms handle all transaction data under their own privacy policies.

Our website uses cookies placed by Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and usage patterns. These are analytics cookies only — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Analytics data is used to understand how people find and use the website so we can improve it.
